PF Impact Crusher Introduction:

 

Pf impact crusher is suitable for medium crushing and fine crushing of various soft and medium hard ores. It is mainly composed of casing, rotor and impact plate. The rotor has larger moment of inertia, lower energy consumption; high chromium plate hammer is used to resist impact and wear, effectively prolonging the service life of vulnerable parts. PF Impact Crusher Performance

PF Impact Crusher Working Principle

Pf impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor, and the material entering from the feed port collides with the plate hammer on the rotor, and is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer; the broken material is hit back to the lining plate and broken again; finally, it is discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame can change the discharging particle size and shape of the material.
